Nic's a talented guy. When I do things like that, everything seems to end up glued to my fingers.

Hehehe that's quite a bit to assemble. My two apartments and stair case came in yesterday. Just cracked open the stair case and there is TONNES of stuff to push out due to the little holes in the steps and walkways. I'm hoping the apartments don't have as many little areas to punch out :(

Hello all,

another weekend another chunk of 'the table' completed.

first up is a shot of the modular CNC tiles that i have made, but not painted. the roads are all textured and the craters filla'd I ahve 22 tiles in total!!!
Image

Second is the current painted table, the 4 raised sections were all made, textured, filla'd and painted in a day  they are made from 25mm hard foam sandwiched by 10mm gatorboard on each end. This is high enough to conceal infantry for Infinity, so now we can hide and 'play properly'

Image

I cant wait to play a game on it!!!

Enjoy!!

I have come down with a man-flu and had today off work.

In between sleeping and coughing, I have made a silo thing and two set of stairs.

hahaha, its not worth it.

I HIGHLY recommend buying a Pegasus Hobbies Chemical Plant. that is what i have used to add detail to small tins. the Chemical Plant itself is a bit naff, but using the 1000s of parts to add detail to simple things like old tins are great!

more to come

I will do my best to get more terrain fiished this weekend. i have 4-6 more tiles, but my toy soldiers need stuff to hide behind and the extra tiles will come in handy for 40K
