I knew i had a solid year, just no top 2 finishes, so didnt make it into Ultimates. This validates the year in some way, well within the Ultimates cut off.

Looking at the top 10-15 for both ladders they seem pretty spot on to what I expected. Very happy with my placing as well!

As they've just been made available, the league table has now been updated with the full results from Southern Blood 2011!

Also note that there have been some minor changes to the league scoring system. You can read the notice about this here.

In the wake of the massive "Quick March" Tournament just held this weekend by Armadale Wargames - the WestGamer Tournament League 40K tables have just been updated!

A summary of some of the big movers & shakers:

- We have a new leader on the Standard League Ladder! Owen Davis SMASHES his way all the way up from 30th to knock Matt off the top of the ladder. It's gonna be a tight contest to keep it as the year progresses!
- Owen Davis also leaps up from 31st to 2nd on the General's Ladder, right behind Matt.
- Tom White cracks the top 10 of the standard ladder with his 1st place finish at Quick March and moves into a respectable 3rd. He also climbs a little on the General's ladder to occupy 4th spot there.
- Peter Platell also jumps up into the elite top 10 of the standard ladder at 6th place with another solid finish.
- Brendan Dee takes a big jump on the General's ladder to land into 9th.
- Christian Scott bumps up 9 places in the standard ladder whilst Jonathan Van Butzelaar creeps up a few spots also - placing both in the top 10.
- Total number of competitors currently in the standings has rocketed from 119 to 143!

NOTE: There will be another update at the end of January, when the 2011 GPDA results will be dropped from the current year tables as the month cycles. Look for it then!

Just have to keep it long enough to go to the tournament in Canberra, one of my best mates just moved there so it's the perfect excuse to visit, and free accommodation and meals.
Come to think of it my recent travels across the world might total to enough frequent flighers to get free air fair too...

Do you mean the Australian Team Championship? If so, you're well on your way to making the WA team.
The last I heard it will be in Melbourne this year though.

Given that the "Art of Waargh" Geraldton tourney is on this weekend, I'm, going to wait for the results of that event before I update the ladder so that I don't have to do it twice. ;)
